I love this website because it shows how you can increase your size and improve your body with only the use of calisthenics. Calisthenics is the use of training with your own body weight not using free weights or machines. This is great because people are always stating how they do not have the time to exercise at a gym because they do not have the time or funds to do so. This website shows great exercises that can be done with your own body at home and with a total cost of zero dollars. The creator of this website Todd Kuslikis even has a free downloadable program that shows video on how to do an abundance of exercises step by step. There are also full workout programs available on this site from several different bloggers he has over 60,000 followers. This is an extensive network of support and ideas to get more out of your exercises.

Summary post: Nerd Fitness
This website is great because it not only gives you great exercise advice, but it also gives you great life advice as well. Advice such as how to improve your confidence, personal style, and sacrifice. I was reading a article by a man named Steve on this website and he said, "If you truly want to make lasting changes in your life and turn things around, sacrifices will be required of you, too." I love seeing motivational posts because you will not improve in your health if you do not improve in your life first. Seeing the type of positive reinforcement that is on this site as well as nutrition and exercise tips really helps people to go a very long way on the road of improvement. I highly advise using this site created by Steve (the man that I used the quote from). There is lots of great content here.

Review of Stay-Fit Bug
This is an extremely well-rounded website that can help you train better, eat better, and improve your lifestyle! I just read an article that shows various exercises that can help increase your metabolism. As you become older your metabolism slows down because of the less activity followed by the same eating habits you continued to use from your teenage years. So this article was super helpful! There was also great information on cutting which is a term to lean your body up and bulking which is a term for gaining weight to increase muscle mass as well as strength. This website even has tips for healthy nutritious foods that will incorporate all basic food groups such as carbohydrates, fats, protein, and amino acids. I highly advise this website if your looking to better yourself physically and mentally.
